First meeting

Our designer will visit your home/project to introduce herself and to discuss your ideas, requirements and thoughts and give you some initial thoughts on the possibilities. The designer will take photographs and make notes of what is discussed for future reference. Cost: Free of charge

 

Return visit

The designer will follow up this appointment with a return visit to the property, where you will be given a presentation of ideas and proposed design scheme(s). Cost: Free of charge

Design board

Following this presentation if you are happy with the design ideas a design board can be made up for each room/scheme containing imagery of room layout, proposed furniture, lighting, style of window dressing and art as well as fabric, wall covering/paint colours and flooring samples. We will also supply a detailed estimate of supplying the contents of the design board, each item will be broken down into individual costs including any trades that may be required to create the scheme.
Cost: £150 per design board (redeemable against any purchase made over the value of £250.00)

 

Commission

The designer will then make a follow up call to discuss the design board and cost and answer any queries. Should you decide to proceed a 50% deposit will be required with the balance to be paid upon completion. We will arrange and co-ordinate all services/trades and manage the project to conclusion.
